The Raumer Hang Fix M10L anchor bolt is made of AISI 316L stainless steel. Featuring a double expansion element, it is ideal for mountaineering, climbing, and rescue operations on various types of rock. Thanks to the new design, the expansion can be secured in most types of support. The 86 mm length allows for deeper expansion and thus greater resistance.
WARNING: The Hang Fix M10AL bolt is not recommended for certain extremely soft types of rock, such as sandstone. In such cases, it is ideal to use chemical-fixed anchors.
WARNING: The chiper 157M è in Marina version, further resistant to corrosion from agents present near marine environments. The Raumer company applies a treatment for marine stainless steel that consists of three stages: Solubilization - Pickling - Passivation. Unlike the normal version, bolts with this technology feature a circular throat and a bulging point on the head to clearly identify the type of Hang Fix secured.. Raumer is a company based in Schio, in the province of Vicenza, specializing in the production of hardware for various sports: climbing, mountaineering, canyoning, and caving. The company was founded in 1992 by Cesare Raumer, the owner. He successfully combined his deep passion for mountains, nature, and caving with mechanical technology. The company's strength has been the use of AISI 304 stainless steel in the manufacturing of anchors from the very beginning. Currently, based on ongoing experiences and acquired knowledge, AISI 316L stainless steel is used, which is even more resistant to abrasion. Raumer is therefore synonymous with quality, safety, and above all MADE IN ITALY: all production takes place in the Vicentine facility.
