Ferrino Hekla 1 one-person four-season tent

Ferrino Hekla 1 is a one-person four-season tent designed for climbers and hikers who require ease of setup and high performance in terms of reliability, versatility, and thermal insulation. The dome structure, along with the pre-shaped poles and guy lines, helps to increase both the internal livability and the overall stability of the tent.

The flysheet is made of 50D Double Ripstop nylon with a weight of 75 g/m², featuring a thermally insulating aluminized polyurethane coating, waterproofing of 3000 mm, and FR treatment. The inner tent is made of 70D Ripstop polyester weighing 55 g/m², water-repellent, breathable, and treated with FR, while the floor is made of 100% recycled 70D polyester, weighing 95 g/m², with a thermally insulating polyurethane coating, waterproofing of 8000 mm, water-repellency, and FR treatment. The seams of the flysheet and the floor are taped, and the three-layer construction reinforces the corners of the bathtub.

The pole system consists of tempered 7001 T6 aluminum poles, chosen for their lightness, strength, and elasticity, with five pre-connected duralumin poles differentiated by color to facilitate setup. The inner tent is suspended from the poles using pole sleeves, and the ground attachment is done with Y-Peg aluminum stakes.

The entrance features a front vestibule and a door with a fully opening external mosquito net, while ventilation is ensured by storm-proof ventilation hoods. Inside, there are storage pockets and gear loops for better organization of space.

Completing the equipment are the webbing loops on the corners of the floor, which allow for anchoring the tent on snow using ice axes, skis, or other deadman anchors, reflective guy lines, the tensioning system on the lower corners of the flysheet, an internal lamp hook, a storage bag, and an included repair kit.

The minimum weight is 1.90 kg, while the maximum weight reaches 2.05 kg. The internal volume is 1.3 m³, and the packed dimensions are 16 × 40 cm.
